This TA covers the scope of services provided by Myers Construction, Dig Alert Done Right and Bayhawk during the emergency night work for the Dornan Tunnel force main break. The scope included Bayhawk labor and equipment, Dig Done Right hydroexcavation labor and equipment, Myers Construction labor, equipment, bypass piping rental (12 months).
