ISSUE:
Jim Hite is reapplying to serve on the Richmond Rent
Board
RECOMMENDED ACTION: REAPPOINT Jim Hite to the Richmond Rent Board, term expires March 21, 2027 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo
Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
The Mayor’s Office recommends the reappointment of Jim Hite to the Richmond Rent Board. Mr. Hite has been a Richmond resident for 25 years and currently resides in the city as a renter. Since his initial appointment to the Rent Board on April 4, 2023, he has AGENDA
