Notes:
(1) In the bid/award process and/or construction phase, budgetary concerns can still occur due to market volatility in bids, estimating, unforeseen site conditions, delays and regulatory issues. (2) The timeline for implementation of these projects is contingent on project feasibility, staff capacity, and funding availability. (3) MOU needed
(4) Construction costs estimated to be $2000/SQF
(5) The Assest Inventory, Condition Assessment, and Development of a 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan for City Buildings and Parks Amenities will be completed by February 2026. (6) Projects that received all the funding being requested on March 11, 2025 or have found an alternate source of funds have been removed from the list. (7) Projects with Federal Funding maybe at risk for the amount awarded to the project and may not accurately reflect estimated project shortfalls.
