STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Isabel C. Ramos Zaragoza is reapplying to serve on the
Richmond Human Rights and Human Relations
Commission.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: REAPPOINT Isabel C. Ramos Zaragoza to the Richmond Human Rights and Human Relations
Commission with a term that expires March 30, 2028 -

DISCUSSION: Isabel C. Ramos Zaragoza will graduate from San Francisco State University in 2025 with a Bachelor's in Latino/Studies and a Minor in Political Science.
She currently works as a bilingual administrator at an immigration services firm. Isabel's knowledge and commitment to promoting an equitable community where every member of Richmond is treated with respect regardless of gender, immigration status, or economic status make her highly qualified for appointment to this commission.
