Thank you for your time on the phone this morning. Below are your current Yardi licensing and support fees:
Annual Licensing Fees: $14,794.50. *Keep in mind, there will likely be a CPI increase included on the next renewal so this is subject to CPI in June.*
Live Support Cost: $120/hour
As a reminder, you currently have about 25 hours of complimentary support remaining. Once the license renews at the end of June, this support allotment will refresh and there will be 48 more complimentary hours added back.
