Richmond is enacting a precedent-setting program for non-violent crisis intervention that could serve as a model for cities across the country. I want to bring my significant experience in worker representation, policy formulation, and institution building to help ensure the success of this vital program. I look forward to working collaboratively with other commission members and ROCK program staff.
