STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Caitlin Hibma’s current term expiration date on the
Historic Preservation Commission is November 31, 2029,
but it needs to be amended to July 31, 2029.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: AMEND the expiration date for Caitlin Hibma’s current term to the Historic Preservation Commission, from
November 31, 2029, to the correct date of July 31, 2029 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez 510-620-
6503).
DISCUSSION:
Caitlin Hibma’s term expiration date for the Historic Preservation Commission was incorrectly listed on the agenda and approved as November 31, 2029, at the August 19, 2025, City Council meeting. After reviewing the commission's bylaws, it was requested that the mayor’s office amend the current term expiration to the correct date of July 31, 2029.
