STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Jan Mignone is applying to serve on the Recreation and
Parks Commission
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT Jan Mignone to the Recreation and Parks Commission, term expires October 26, 2028 – Mayor’s
Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
Jan Mignone has been a resident of Richmond for 18 years and is committed to ensuring that the city’s parks are well-maintained and accessible for all residents. She has extensive community leadership experience, having served as President of the North and East Neighborhood Council and as Vice President of the Richmond Neighborhood Coordinating Council.
Her longstanding dedication to community engagement and neighborhood advocacy demonstrates her commitment to improving the quality of life for Richmond residents.
By serving on the Recreation and Parks Commission, Ms. Mignone seeks to further AGENDA
