NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the hour of 6:30 p.m., or as soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Richmond City Council will conduct a public hearing in person at 440 Civic Center Plaza, and via Zoom video conference to consider the following item:
ADOPT a Resolution amending the boundaries of Underground Utility District No. 2022-1 on Pierce Street and San Mateo Street to include eight additional parcels, as part of the I- 80/Central Avenue Interchange Project.
At the public hearing described in this notice, the City Council may receive a staff presentation of the need to establish this Underground Utility District in coordination with the I-80/Central Avenue traffic improvements pursuant to PUC Rule 20A.
All interested persons are invited to give public co mment in person, by mail, eComment, email and/or Zoom video conference in the manner that follows, provided that no member of the public may submit more than one verbal comment per agenda item:

Via mail: received by 1:00 p.m. the day of the meeting, sent to 450 Civic Center Plaza, 3rd Floor, Office of the Clerk, Richmond, CA 94804.
