STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
The Richmond City Council meets every first, third, and fourth Tuesday of every month unless special exceptions are indicated within the Charter, Council Rules and
Procedures, or approved by the City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPROVE the cancellation of the November 25, and
December 23, 2025, Regular City Council meetings and
the City Council holiday schedule as follows: November
4, November 18, December 2, December 16, 2025, and
January 6, 2026, Regular City Council meetings - City
Clerk’s Office (Pamela Christian 510-620-6513).
DISCUSSION:
The Richmond City Council has regularly scheduled meetings every first, third, and fourth Tuesday of every month unless exceptions are indicated within the Charter, Council Rules and Procedures, or approved by the City Council.
