To help Richmond’s shoreline with sea level rise and
ground water infiltration. The nature-based solutions may possibly be used at Parchester Village, Marina Bay, Point Richmond, and other Richmond communities that will be
impacted by Sea Level Rise and ground water infiltration RECOMMENDED ACTION:
RECEIVE a presentation from Levitree to learn about
possible nature-based solutions to help Richmond’s
shoreline with sea level rise and ground water infiltration - Vice Mayor Cesar Zepeda (510-620-6593). This item
was continued from the July 1, 2025, meeting.
