Motorola has based the unit pricing on an undefined quantity as provided in the RFQ specifications. Motorola may offer additional quantity discounts and promotion discounts to Contra Costa County and other agencies who wish to make purchases under this agreement based on a commitment to a large quantity purchase. For those purchases, a separate quote will be provided.
“Public Agency Clause” Motorola agrees to offer equipment and contract prices contained within this RFQ to any other public agency (i.e., city, district, public authority, public agency, municipality and other political subdivision or public corporation of California) as stated in the agreement. Each Agency may contract directly through Motorola for equipment and services as required.
