STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Richmond Mayor Eduardo Martinez will deliver the
annual State of the City Address to the Richmond City
Council and the public.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: RECEIVE the Annual State of the City Address from Mayor Eduardo Martinez – Mayor Eduardo Martinez

DISCUSSION: The Charter of the City of Richmond under Article III-A states the following: The Mayor shall make an annual report to the City Council as to the AGENDA

conditions and affairs of the City. This annual report will be presented by the Mayor as the State of the City Address.
