AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF RICHMOND
AND
THE IMPERIAL COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION
FOR THE PROVISION, INSTALLATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF
ADVANCED NETWORK (DATA) SERVICES.
This Amendment (“Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Richmond (City) and Imperial County Office of Education (ICOE) (collectively, the “Parties”), and is effective as of the date on which it is executed by both Parties.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into an Agreement dated December 9, 2025; WHEREAS, the Agreement currently has an expiration date of September 10, 2027:
WHEREAS, ICOE’s representative, CENIC, will enter into a five-year agreement with the service provider for the library circuit on behalf of the City; WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to extend the term and revise the expiration date;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Amendment to Agreement Term
Section 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to change the Agreement end date from September 10, 2027, to June 30, 2030. The revised expiration date of the Agreement shall now be June 30, 2030.
2. No Other Changes
Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, all other terms, conditions, and provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
