Dear Winifred,
Good morning. I am writing to inform you of my decision to withdraw from the Allen Brothers project. Due to the extended waiting period for the contract from the City of Richmond, I have been awarded other projects and am no longer able to maintain the necessary space for the Allen Brothers mosaic.

I appreciate the opportunity to have been considered for this project and wish you and your team all the best in its completion.

Regards,
Wilma

Dear Wilma Wyss Design,

Attached you will find the City of Richmond’s Insurance requirements for the Allen Brothers Facility Mosaic Tile public art commission. Please share it with your broker as it provides all the information your broker will need to ensure compliancy (ex. Who to be listed as additional insurance within the policy documents, general liability coverage limits, Primary & Non-contributory endorsement, etc.)

1. Please submit compliant insurance documents to me, Jordon Nesbitt ([email protected]) as well as Project Manager, Winifred Day ([email protected]) no later than March 12, 2025.

2. If compliant Insurance is not received and approved by Risk Management by March 19th, 2025, Project Manager Winifred Day reserves the right to determine how to move the project forward.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Jordon Nesbitt
