516 Dimm Street, no response and nor will he return
signed agreement.
Task - Public Information Services Hours
1 After numerous visits and notes left to resident at 446 Dimm resident refused to return easement letter. He
states the boulder in his backyard would cover any
sewer lines that need to be inspected. Sent Jayne
email to contact Mr Juan Martinez. Sent post office
returned letter to resident.
Update revised ßyer with current dates, and times for
upcoming work. Revised notiÞcation notices after
residents complained of vague dates of work starting
CCTV and Easement work. Reissued notiÞcations.
All easement letters signed but two 516 Dimm St and
515 Mount St (515 Mount St refused to sign he is a
lawyer. We worked out a deal with him to have access
to his property while he is home and to take photos
before and after. He will allow work but no signed
agreement per the resident who is a lawyer. ) Resident
at 446 Dimm St will not return call or easement letter.
Jayne contacted resident to attempt to retrieve signed
easement letter again.
Issue notiÞcations to residents from Barrett to Rosevelt on Key and Dimm St for the High Priority sewer line
replacement project.
Contact resident at 551 & 587 Dimm per Willie DH they
need access to backyard again.
Issue notiÞcations to 5100 Roosevelt to manhole
I13MH2097 550 Key Blvd and 587 Dimm to 551 to end
of block.
Field meeting on high priority pipeline replacement
project with Jayne and Willie at 2pm on Key Blvd. to
review HPP maps.
Distribute CCTV notiÞcations and sewer main pipe
replacement/reconnect laterals notiÞcation to residents.
Create and type notiÞcation for the HPSRP (High
Priority Sewer Line Replacement) notiÞcation for
