STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Richmond Mayor Eduardo Martinez will deliver a
presentation of the annual State of the City Report,
issued in December 2025, to the Richmond City Council
and the public.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: RECEIVE a presentation of the Annual State of the City Report from Mayor Eduardo Martinez – Mayor Eduardo
Martinez (510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION: Article III-A of the Charter of the City of Richmond requires the Mayor to make an annual report to the City Council regarding the conditions and affairs of the City.
