STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
City staff is requesting that the City Council receive the Police Department monthly Crime Report for December
2025.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
RECEIVE the monthly Crime Report from the Richmond
Police Department for December 2025 – Police
Department (Chief Tim Simmons 510-621-1802).
DISCUSSION:
Chief Tim Simmons will present statistical data regarding violent crimes, property crimes, calls for service, parking enforcement efforts and some significant incidents from December 2025.
