RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPOINT Free Brown to the Workforce Development
Board with a term that expires on March 1, 2030 –
Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
Free Brown aims to help shape a local economy that supports small businesses, cultural vitality, and equitable growth. As a downtown business owner, she has firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the community and brings this perspective to the board.
