RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT Ode Kunthar to the Richmond Youth Council, term expires October 1, 2026 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor

DISCUSSION:
Ode Kunthar is reapplying to Richmond Youth Council. Ode has extensive leadership experience, is committed to community service, and is dedicated to empowering diverse groups. As the founder of the Middle College High School Advocacy Club, she has AGENDA

demonstrated initiative and organizational skills by leading efforts that advocate for important causes. Her role as a Program Assistant at the Center for Empowering Refugees and Immigrants highlights her ability to support marginalized communities, while her internship with the Child Mind Institute Youth Mental Health Academy shows her commitment to addressing mental health issues affecting young people.
