6. City Discretion. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the City may use the donation in any manner at its sole discretion. The Donor shall have no right or obligation to control or direct the City’s use of the donation.
7. Public Records. This Agreement, and all documentation submitted to the City related to the donation, are subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act, unless an exemption applies.
