RE: Subscription Agreement between eScribe Software Ltd. (“eScribe”) and City of Richmond (“Customer”).
City of Richmond (“The Customer”) and eScribe Software Ltd. (“eScribe”), collectively referred to as (“The Parties”), entered into a Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) dated 27 April 2021.
Such Agreement is hereby extended to June 30, 2026. The new Agreement will be effective from July 1, 2026, and will align with the invoice.
