The Special Meeting of the Richmond Housing Authority was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Chairperson Eduardo Martinez.

Chairperson Martinez led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
H. ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Claudia Jimenez, Jamelia Brown, Sue Wilson, Cesar Zepeda, Vice Chairperson Doria Robinson, Chairperson Eduardo Martinez, and Housing Authority Tenant Commissioner Jaycine Scott. Absent: Commissioner Soheila Bana arrived at 6:07 p.m. after the roll was called.

K. HOUSING AUTHORITY OPEN FORUM
Cordell Hindler gave comments in support of the Housing Authority Consent Calendar items.
L. HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT CALENDAR
Motion by Tenant Commissioner Scott
Seconded by Commissioner Jimenez
To approve both items on the Housing Authority Consent Calendar.
Ayes (8): Commissioner Bana, Commissioner Brown, Commissioner Jimenez, Commissioner Wilson, Commissioner Zepeda, Vice Chairperson Robinson, Chairperson Martinez, and Tenant Commissioner Scott.
Passed (8 to 0)
L.1 Contract Amendment No. 1 with RK Roofing and Construction Inc ADOPT a resolution to APPROVE the first contract amendment with RK Roofing and Construction, Inc. for gutter replacement at the Nystrom Village property, increasing the payment limit by $322,000, for total payment limit of $592,000, and extending the term expiration through June 30, 2027 – Economic Development Department/Richmond Housing Authority (Nannette Beacham/Antoinette Terrell/Gregory Palomino 510-621-1300).
