STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Gage Eda is applying to serve on the Richmond Youth
Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT Gage Eda to the Richmond Youth Council to a vacant seat with a new term ending December 31, 2027

DISCUSSION:
Gage Eda is seeking appointment to the Richmond Youth Council. Through his volunteer work with Victory Outreach Richmond Unhoused, San Francisco Coptic Orthodox Feeding Service, Pinole Valley Night, Reimagine Richmond Tiny Homes, and the Greater Richmond Interfaith Program shelter, Gage has demonstrated compassion for Richmond residents and an ability to commit to a program and see it through. These attributes make Gage a strong candidate for the Richmond Youth Council.
