My interest in Black Resilency is to provide input about the disparities and issues that face Black residents in Richmond. From being a resident for several years, coupled with my occupation in the criminal justice system, which mostly involved impacted Black men and women, I am aware of what the special needs are when it comes to housing issues, heath disparities, gun violence & violence prevention along with other- barriers in the community.
