Samuel Littlefield is applying to serve on the ECIA
Transportation Oversight Committee.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT Samuel Littlefield to the ECIA Transportation Oversight Committee to a vacant seat with a new term
ending July 25, 2029 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo
Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
Samuel Littlefield is being recommended for appointment to the ECIA Transportation Oversight Committee. He is a relatively new resident of Richmond who is interested in AGENDA

getting involved in improving his community and city. With a long-standing interest in public transportation, he hopes to contribute to enhancing the physical experience and accessibility of the city for its residents.
