M.1 Contract Amendment No. 2 with Bob Murray and Associates for Recruitment Services
APPROVE a second amendment to the contract with Bob Murray & Associates to conduct recruitments for specialized positions, increase the payment limit by $100,000 for a total payment limit of $168,000, and extend the contract term through June 30, 2027 - Human Resources (Nickie Mastay/Sharrone Taylor 510-620-6602).
N. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:03 p.m., in memory of former East Bay Regional Park District Assistant General Manager Jerry Kent and longtime Richmond resident Ernestine Martin, to meet again on September 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
