STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Bruce Brubaker is reapplying to serve on the Planning
Commission.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: REAPPOINT Bruce Brubaker to the Planning Commission to a vacant seat with a new term ending
June 30, 2028 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez

DISCUSSION:
Bruce Brubaker has been serving the Planning Commission since September 2020 and has been a dedicated Richmond resident for 33 years. His experience on the commission, combined with a Master’s degree in Architecture, brings valuable expertise and insight to the role. Through his continuous service in the commission, he wants to help the city chart an equitable and sustainable course forward into the future.
