STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Crescent Diamond is applying to serve on the
Community Police Review Commission.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT Crescent Diamond to the Community Police Review Commission to a vacant seat with a new term
ending November 1, 2029 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor
Eduardo Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
Crescent Diamond is seeking appointment to the Community Police Review Commission. She wants to contribute to making Richmond a safer city and make a meaningful difference in the community she loves. With over 27 years of professional experience, she brings strong attention to detail, leadership, organizational skills, training in conflict resolution, and effective communication skills.
