A Resolution Approving The Program Supplement Agreement No. F-049 With The State Of California, Department Of Transportation, For The Construction & Construction Engineering Needed For The Overlay Of West Ward Ave. Between Norma St. And Downs St. And Authorizing The City Manager, Ronald Strand To Sign The Program Supplement *Blades came in at 5:43p.m.
Motion To Approve item 1 - Rajaratnam - Hayman - 5 Ayes
2. A Resolution To Accept The Base Bid For Schedule A & B As Submitted By Griffith Company:
Allocate Measure V & Drainage Impact Funds, And Up To $203,639.50 For A 10% Contingency. A Maximum Total Of Up To $2,240,034.50. Award A Construction Contract To Griffith Company To Construct The West Ward Ave. Phase 2 Street Rehabilitation Project, Federal Project No. Stpl- 5385(075) For Two Million Thirty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($2,036,395.00); And, Award A Professional Services Agreement With Willdan Engineering In The Amount Of $145.000.00 To Provide Construction Engineering Services ("CE") For The Project; And, Authorize The City Manager, Ronald Strand, To Execute The Contract & Agreement Motion To Approve item 2 with amendment to Consultant Agreement Section 1. Purpose 'Phase I' should be 'Phase Il' - Blades - Rajaratnam - 5 Ayes
