7.6 Discuss the Draft Economic Development Strategic Plan (EDSP) for the City of Rio Vista - Consider the following staff-recommended actions:
1. Discuss and provide feedback and staff direction regarding the draft EDSP;
2. Allow, as part of the EDSP process, for the December 19, 2023 regular meeting of the City Council to also serve as the final "townhall meeting" for the public to provide feedback regarding the Draft EDSP; and
3. Direct staff to return with the revised EDSP draft document and present it for City Council approval and adoption at a later City Council meeting date.
City Manager Miller and Stone Creek Partners' Managing Director and project consultant Don Bredberg provided a presentation and facilitated the discussion for the City Council regarding the process and creation of the draft EDSP. The City Council provided feedback.
