Mayor Kott called the meeting to order at 4:55 p.m.
PRESENT: Council Members Dolk, Donnelly, and Stanish; Vice Mayor Okamura, and Mayor Kott
ABSENT: None
2. ACTION ITEMS
2.1 Consider and Authorize Side Letter Agreement with Rio Vista Professional Firefighters Association (RVPFA)-Adopt Resolution No. 2024-065, authorizing the Side Letter Agreement between the City and Rio Vista Professional Fire Fighters Association (RVPF A) which would extend the successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) term through August 31, 2024.
City Manager Miller provided the report before City Council regarding the agenda item. City Manager Miller responded to inquiries and requests for clarification from City Council.
