5.1 Approval of Minutes - Approve the Regular Meeting Minutes of August 20, 2024.
5.2 Monthly Report - Receive and file report for July 2024.
5.3 Authorize Notice of Completion (NOC) Adopt Resolution No. 2024 071, authorizing the filing of an NOC for the Re Roof 628 Montezuma Street and subsequent project acceptance by the City Manager.
MAYOR KOTT DIRECTED FOR PULLED CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED AT THIS POINT IN THE MEETING:
5.3 Authorize Notice of Completion (NOC) - Adopt Resolution No. 2024- 071, authorizing the filing of an NOC for the Re-Roof 628 Montezuma Street and subsequent project acceptance by the City Manager.
Council Member Donnelly requested clarification regarding the change order for said project. City Manager Kristina Miller provided the City Council with an explanation.

6.1 Discuss and Approve Mayor Nominations for City Commission Appointments - Consider Mayor Kott's nomination for appointments to the Planning Commission and Park and Recreation Commission (PRC).
Two commissioner positions have been vacant, namely:
1. One (1) voting member/ Commissioner for the Planning Commission, with a term ending date of January 1, 2026; and
2. One (1) voting member / Commissioner for the Parks and Recreation Commission (PRC), with a term ending date of January 1, 2027.
A total of four (4) applications have been received, with two (2) applicants expressing interest in both the Planning Commission and PRC:
1. Michael Adamkiewicz (Planning Commission and PRC)
2. Karen Bryant Rogers (Planning Commission)
3. Lisa Hechtman (Planning Commission)
4. Dennis Ortega (Planning Commission and PRC)
Mayor Kott reported his nomination to the City Council:
1. Lisa Hechtman for Planning Commission; and
2. Dennis Ortega for Parks and Recreation Commission (PRC).
