6.1 Continuation of Public Hearing (Ordinance Amendment): Introduce and Waive the First Reading of Ordinance No. 007-2024 - An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Rio Vista Amending the Waterfront Specific Plan
This agenda item is a continuation of the Public Hearing from the regular meeting of the City Council on October 15, 2024.
Mayor Kott re-opened the Public Hearing at 4:02 PM.
Planning Consultant Richard Smeaton provided the report regarding the Waterfront Specific Plan (WSP) before City Council. Planning Consultant Smeaton and City Manager Kristina Miller responded to inquiries and requests for clarification from City Council.
Motion by Council Member Stanish, second by Vice Mayor Okamura and passed by the following roll call vote, Council introduced Ordinance No. 007-2024,which would approve the amendments to the WSP upon adoption of the Ordinance.
