PUBLIC COMMENT (Time Limit - 5 minutes per speaker) - Members of the audience may comment on any item of interest to the public within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council and any item specifically agendized. With certain exceptions, the City Council may not discuss or take action on items that are not on the agenda. Members of the audience wishing to address a specific agendized item are encouraged to offer their public comment during consideration of that item. If you wish to offer public comment or speak on any item on the agenda, please complete a speaker form (voluntary) and deliver it to the City Clerk prior to the discussion of the item or otherwise indicate your desire to speak to an item.
