1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Okamura called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Roll call vote found Council Members Dolk, Duke, and Stanish, Vice Mayor Donnelly, and Mayor Okamura present
Mayor Okamura led the pledge of allegiance.

6. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS ·
Mayor Okamura invited City Council, staff, and the public to request removal of items for discussion. Items 6.06 and 6.08 were pulled for discussion.

6.06 Accept Grant and Purchase an All-Electric 2026 Ford F-150 -Adopt a Resolution (1) accepting a grant award in the amount of $30,000 from the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District through the Clean Air Funds Program and (2) approving the purchase of a 2026 Ford F-150 EV Lightning Pro Truck for the Public Works Department from Rio Vista Ford in the amount of $58,893.64
Council Member Duke asked clarifying questions. There were no public comments.
Council Member Stanish motioned to Adopt a Resolution (1) accepting a grant award in the amount of $30,000 from the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District through the Clean Air Funds Program, and (2) approving the purchase of a 2026 Ford F-150 EV Lightning Pro Truck for the Public Works Department from Rio Vista Ford in the amount of $58,893.64. Council Member Duke seconded the motion. Roll call vote found all in favor. Motion carried 5-0.
6.08 Pool Replaster and Repair Project Notice of Completion - Adopt a Resolution authorizing the filing of a Notice of Completion and subsequent acceptance of the Rio Vista Community Pool Replaster and Repair Project Council Member Stanish emphasized this project had been completed under budget. There were no public comments.
Council Member Stanish motioned to Adopt a Resolution authorizing the filing of a Notice of Completion and subsequent acceptance of the Rio Vista Community Pool Rep/aster and Repair Project. Vice Mayor Donnelly seconded the motion'. Roll call vote found all in favor. Motion carried 5-0.
7. ACTION ITEMS
7.01 Fiscal Year 2024-25 Audit Report - Consider acceptance of the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Audited Financial Statements and Audit Report as presented by Mann Urrutia Nelson, CPAs & Associates LLP
Finance Director Jen Lee introduced Justin Williams of Mann Urrutia Nelson, who presented the Audit Report.
Staff answered clarifying questions of City Council.
No public comments were made.
Vice Mayor Donnelly motioned to accept the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Audited Financial Statements and Audit Report as presented by Mann Urrutia Nelson, CPAs & Associates LLP, with a correction to a typo within the Management Discussion and Analysis section. Council Member Dolk seconded the motion. Roll call vote found all in favor. Motion carried 5-0.
