Subject: Parcel Map 21-62
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Parcel Map No. 21-62 (1501 North Jack Tone Road) from Pilot Travel Centers, LLC and authorize the Mayor, City Engineer and City Clerk to sign for recording.
BACKGROUND
This parcel map is to subdivide 16.92 acres into two (2) parcels located at 1501 North Jack Tone Road in the C4 (Highway Service Commercial) district. The purpose of the subdivision is to divide the vacant area of the site (currently for sale) from the larger fully developed site (currently Pilot Travel Center). The Tentative Parcel Map was submitted and approved by the Planning Commission at the September 20, 2021 meeting.
Attached is a copy of the Parcel Map 21-62 (located at 1501 North Jack Tone Road). This Parcel Map has been submitted to the County for their review and signature. The map has been signed by the County Surveyor and is now ready for the City’s signature. The Treasurer-Tax Certificate and Subdivision Guarantee have been received.
