MEMO

Subject: Wastewater Treatment Plan Groundwater Monitoring and Reporting Change Order 10
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 10 with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. in the not to exceed amount of $39,350 to extend their Quarterly and Annual Groundwater Monitoring and Reporting at the Ripon Wastewater Treatment Facility until February 26, 2025 (funding source: Sewer Enterprise Operating Fund).
BACKGROUND:
At the October 7, 2003 City Council Meeting, Council entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to provide annual Groundwater Monitoring and Reporting at the Wastewater Treatment Facility, as required by the City’s waste discharge permit requirements. Subsequently, Addendum Numbers 1 through 9 were issued extending the contract time. Change Order No. 10 has been prepared due to the fact that our previous agreement with Stantec has expired as of December 31, 2021.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The attached Change Order No. 10 outlines a cost for Groundwater Monitoring and Reporting services from Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $39,350 and will be funded through the Sewer Enterprise Operating Fund.
