DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS:

The Triennial Performance Audit has been completed by Moore & Associates, Inc. They have reported on program compliance, follow-up of prior report recommendations, analysis of program data reporting, performance analysis, and functional review.

According to their audit, Moore & Associates, Inc. concluded that the City of Ripon is in compliance with the requirements of the Transportation Development Act and that the City generally functions in an efficient, effective and economical manner. Within the audit, there are a few functional findings, which the City will be able to implement by the next triennial audit.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None. This audit is paid for by San Joaquin Council of Governments’ administrative dollars.
