DISCUSSION:

During the installation of the concrete sidewalk at the properties of Dave Hall Masonry, DeGraff Development, and Jackrabbit, it was noted that the sidewalk at the driveways to these properties needed additional reinforcement. Additionally, a frequently used access point near MID (STA 10+75 to 11+00) was noted, and a driveway was provided to access the industrial sewer manhole and utility alleyway. This change order covers the additional costs associated with the rebar reinforcement and additional concrete driveway.
