RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with Jocelyn E. Roland, Ph.D. for psychological services for the Police Department in the amount of $6,000 (funding source: General Fund).
BACKGROUND: This is an annual contract renewal that makes psychological services available to police department staff.
FISCAL IMPACT: $6,000 annually funded by the General Fund.
