In accordance with Senate Bill 555 adopted in 2015, the Department of Water Resources (DWR) requires the
submittal of an annual Water Loss Audit Report validated by a certified technical expert. The audit determines the
difference between the amount of water produced by a public water system and the amount of water sold. The State
currently collects this data although the process of developing water loss performance standards has begun. This invoice includes work performed on the audits and validations.
