RESOLUTION NO. 22-37
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIPON APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE TO THE SAN
JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS' BOARD
WHEREAS, on January 11, 2022 the City Council approved Resolution 22-4 approving the City Council Member appointments to various boards, commissions, task forces and committees; and
WHEREAS, Council Member Leo Zuber was appointed to the San Joaquin Council of Governments’ Board; and
WHEREAS, it was brought to the attention of the City Council that an alternate had not been appointed; and
WHEREAS, at the July 12, 2022 City Council meeting staff was directed to prepare a resolution to appoint an alternate to the San Joaquin Council of Governments’ Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ripon does hereby appoint Vice Mayor Michael Restuccia as the alternate member to the San Joaquin Council of Governments’ Board representing the City of Ripon for calendar year 2022.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ripon this 9th day of August, 2022, by the following vote:
