RECOMMENDED ACTION
Accept Parcel Map No. 20-32 (1302 W. Santos Avenue) from BayWa r.e., and authorize the Mayor, City Engineer and City Clerk to sign for recording.
BACKGROUND
This parcel map is to subdivide 13.26 acres into two (2) parcels located at 1302 W. Santos Avenue in the C4 (Highway Service Commercial) district. The purpose of the subdivision is to develop 4.09 acres of the parcel as a battery energy storage and substation facility. The Tentative Parcel Map was submitted and approved by the Planning Commission at the May 17, 2021 meeting.
Attached is a copy of the Parcel Map 20-32 (located at 1302 W. Santos Avenue). This Parcel Map has been submitted to the County for their review and signature. The map has been signed by the County Surveyor and is now ready for the City’s signature. The Treasurer-Tax Certificate and Subdivision Guarantee have been received.
