NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The City of Ripon City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 259 N.
Wilma Avenue, Ripon, on the following matter:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (UP21-70) for the Terraces at Bethany Home, a public hearing on a request to approve the construction of a 106,894 square foot three-story, 82-unit residential care facility with indoor and outdoor amenities. The building will be located on two adjacent parcels totaling approximately 2.73 acres and is located in the C1 (Neighborhood Commercial) zone at 816 W Main Street (259-180-17) & 200 Vera Avenue (259-180-16). The applicant is also looking for approval on the Mitigated Negative Declaration (PEA21-15) from CEQA.
PURSUANT TO SECTION 65009 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN THAT IF SUCH PROPOSED
AMENDMENTS ARE CHALLENGED IN COURT, SUCH CHALLENGES MAY BE
LIMITED TO ONLY THOSE ISSUES RAISED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING OR IN
WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE DELIVERED TO THE CITY CLERK AT OR PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES will be given an opportunity to appear and be heard by the City Council of the City of Ripon at said time and place pertaining to the above described matter. In addition, comments may be submitted via e-mail to [email protected] prior to the meeting.
