On June 23rd, 2022 the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) Board of Directors approved the extension of Measure K Transit Cooperative Agreements. This includes the agreement between the City of Ripon and SJCOG (C-18-001).
This letter is your notice to begin work related to the tasks outlined in the scope of work.
All work related to these tasks performed by Ripon and its sub-contractors is allowable for reimbursement, effective July 1, 2022.
The amendment to the Measure K Transit Cooperative Agreement between SJCOG and Ripon will be provided to you shortly for your review and comment. The final contract will need to be fully executed prior to actual SJCOG payment of project work.
