Subject: Reimbursement Agreement - Store More Express Mini-Storage RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Store More Express Reimbursement Agreement that provides reimbursement for staff time to respond to an application for a proposed project located at 615 and 659 W. Milgeo Road (N/E corner of Milgeo Road and Arc Way).
BACKGROUND: Store More Express Ripon, LLC is seeking to develop a mini-storage project on two (2) parcels (approximately 2.4 acres) located at 615 and 659 W. Milgeo Road. The reimbursement agreement provides an opportunity for the City to get reimbursed for staff time and consultant management during the application process for this project.
