Original Project Description:
The Contractor will perform repairs on-call as requested by the City of Ripon. The City of Ripon shall notify the Contractor in writing regarding services needed. The Contractor shall begin work on the requested repairs no later than 3 weeks from the date of the notification, extensions will be granted for weather delays. The repairs will be grouped together and will be performed 3 to 5 times annually depending on number of hazards.
The intent of each repair is to remove the primary cause of the indicated hazard and restore the concrete to an acceptable form that is in compliance with the City of Ripon Standard Plans and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
This amendment will modify the unit price in the orignal contract. It is for continued services with an amount NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY Thousand Dollars. ($50,000) Unless expressly amended herein,m the remaining terms and conditions of the General Services Agreement dated July 9, 2019, shall remain in full force and effect. 2ND AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF RIPON
