NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The City of Ripon City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 259 N.
Wilma Avenue, Ripon, on the following matter:
REZONE (Z22-75) for 820 N. Stockton Avenue and 225 Franklin Lane - a public hearing on a request to rezone a 40,730 sq. ft. (+/-) parcel and a 9,011 sq. ft. (+/-) parcel from UR (Urban Reserve) into R1 (Single Family Residential) for the purpose of constructing single family homes. This project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 and Categorically Exempt, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15315.
PURSUANT TO SECTION 65009 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN THAT IF SUCH PROPOSED
REZONE IS CHALLENGED IN COURT, SUCH CHALLENGES MAY BE LIMITED TO
ONLY THOSE ISSUES RAISED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING OR IN WRITTEN
CORRESPONDENCE DELIVERED TO THE CITY CLERK AT OR PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC HEARING.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES will be given an opportunity to appear and be heard by the City Council of the City of Ripon at said time and place pertaining to the above described matter.
