A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIPON AUTHORIZING A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
FOR PETER BULTHUIS TO SERVE ON THE SAN JOAQUIN
COUNTY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, Francis Groen has resigned from the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector Control District Board of Trustees after serving for over 15 years; and WHEREAS, the City of Ripon is desirous making a new appointment to the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector Control District Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, Peter Bulthuis has expressed his interest in serving on said Board; and WHEREAS, Peter Bulthuis has submitted an application to serve on the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector Control District Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ripon as follows:
1. Approves sending a letter of recommendation to appoint Peter Bulthuis as a Member on the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector Control District Board of Trustees.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ripon this 14th day of February, 2023, by the following vote:
